1. Platform Overview

Service Link Pros ("we," "us," or "our") provides a platform that connects service professionals with potential customers. We are solely a marketplace platform and do not provide, perform, or guarantee any services listed on our platform.

2. No Guarantee of Services

IMPORTANT: Service Link Pros does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any services provided by professionals listed on our platform. We:

• Do not employ, recommend, or endorse any service professionals
• Do not verify licenses, insurance, or qualifications of professionals
• Are not responsible for the conduct, work quality, or actions of any professional
• Do not guarantee that services will meet your expectations or requirements
• Are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from services provided

3-Strike Accountability Policy: To help customers trust Service Link Pros, all professionals listed on our platform operate on a 3-strike and out basis. If a professional receives three (3) valid reports from customers — including but not limited to reports of fake listings, fraud, unlicensed work, poor service, or unprofessional conduct — they will be permanently removed from the platform.

This policy exists to protect customers and to hold professionals accountable. Because pros must keep their listing alive to remain on the platform, every professional is a verified business owner with a vested interest in maintaining a strong reputation and delivering quality service. A pro who fails to fulfill jobs in good faith risks losing their listing and their investment in the platform.

Reports are reviewed by Service Link Pros administrators before action is taken. A pro will not be removed based on unfounded or malicious reports alone — each report is evaluated on its merits to ensure fairness for both customers and professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

When hiring a service professional, you agree to:

• Conduct your own due diligence, including verifying licenses and insurance
• Communicate directly with professionals regarding scope, pricing, and expectations
• Enter into your own contractual agreements with professionals
• Resolve any disputes directly with the professional, not through Service Link Pros
• Obtain appropriate permits and approvals for work performed

4. Professional Listings

Professionals listed on Service Link Pros are independent contractors. Service Link Pros does not:

• Control how, when, or where professionals perform their services
• Set prices for services (professionals set their own rates)
• Guarantee professional availability or response times
• Mediate payment disputes between customers and professionals

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICE LINK PROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from services
• Professional negligence, misconduct, or failure to perform
• Disputes between customers and professionals
• Inaccurate information provided by professionals in their listings
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Service Link Pros in the past 12 months (subscription fees only).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Service Link Pros, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform, (b) services provided by or to you, (c) your violation of these terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings on our platform are user-generated content. We do not verify the accuracy of reviews and are not responsible for their content. Reviews represent individual opinions only.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Service Link Pros charges subscription fees to professionals for platform access. All payments between customers and professionals for services are handled directly between those parties. We do not process, hold, or take commission on service payments.

Payment Security: All subscription payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Service Link Pros does not store, process, or have access to your credit card information. All payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). When you enter payment information, it goes directly from your browser to Stripe's secure servers and never touches our systems.

Your payment information is protected by industry-standard security measures maintained by Stripe, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the highest level of payment security certification.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.

12. Location Usage

Service professionals' location data is used to show nearby professionals to customers when the professional chooses to be available. This allows customers to find the nearest and most available pro for their service needs. Location information is only shared when professionals mark themselves as available and is used solely for matching professionals with nearby customers.
