How Trust Works Here
Service Link Pros does not get involved in any transaction between a customer and a pro. We are a directory — you find each other, agree on scope and price, and handle payment directly.
However, we do hold pros accountable. If a pro receives 3 negative strikes(via verified customer reports), we remove them from our platform. We only keep pros who fulfill jobs in good faith.
